No other number can be used or transferred to the support desk. When you call the help desk, if you find the phone is busy or a voicemail is requested, please leave a message or send an email, and your call will be returned as soon as a member of our support staff is available.

If you are sending in a support request by Email, please be sure to include all relevant information about the issue so that we can work out the best way to help you. Your Pulsonix version, OS version and the nature of the Issue, if you can replicate the issue and a copy of the design if you are able. Any information or data sent to us is of course treated with complete confidentiality.
